InsolvencyAPI terms of service

The terms, in plain words.

These terms cover your use of insolvencyapi.com and the InsolvencyAPI service. By signing in or calling the API, you agree to them.

Last updated 15 Oct 2026Governed by the law of Thailand
Use itBuild the data into your own products and decisions, and show results to your own users.
Do not replicate itNo reselling, republishing or rebuilding the data as a dataset or service of your own.

01Who we are

This website is operated by DeveloperData.net (“Developer Data”, “we”), Empire Tower, 41st Floor, Unit 4106-7, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

02Your account

  • One person or one business per account, with true details.
  • You keep your API key to yourself and are responsible for everything done with it.
  • You sign in with Google; keep that account secure.

03Plans and billing

  • Plans are paid through Stripe and renew until cancelled. The prices are on the Pricing page.
  • A price change is announced before it applies, and only from your next period.
  • The refund rules are on Refunds.
  • A purchase may be credited to the partner who referred you, through our partner program. It never changes the price you pay.

Card charges appear as DEVELOPERDATA.NET. Billing questions: developerdata.net/support

04Fair use

  • Your plan’s limits are the fair-use line: its calls a minute and its calls a day or month.
  • Getting around them is not allowed: several free accounts for one person, sharing a key, replacing keys to reset a limit, or automating the website instead of using the API.
  • We may slow, pause or close an account that does this.

05The data: use it, do not replicate it

  • You can use what the API returns in your own work, apps and sites, and show results to your own users.
  • You may not resell, redistribute or republish the data itself, in bulk or through an API or feed of your own.
  • You may not download it in bulk to rebuild the database, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Where you show the data publicly, keep any credit the Licences page lists for it.

06Coverage and gaps

  • The service is official records and statistics as their publishers release them. Publishers skip, revise and stop series, and some countries publish no monthly figures at all.
  • Gaps exist. Every country, and every month we do not hold or do not serve, is listed openly on Data gaps and on the Status page.
  • Buying a plan accepts the coverage as it is listed at the time. Coverage grows, and we work to fill gaps every day, but no country or month is promised until it is listed as held.

07Acceptable use

Nothing unlawful. No probing or load-testing our systems without asking first. No attempts to reach another member’s data. No scraping pages the API already offers. No using the data to target or harass a person.

08Accuracy

The data is given as it is, gathered and checked with care, without a warranty that it is complete or free of mistakes. It is a copy of what is published, not an official record, and it is not legal or financial advice. For a decision that matters, check the official publication too.

09Availability

We aim to keep the service running and show its state on the Status page, but we promise no uptime.

10Liability

Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data.

11Suspension and closing

  • We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms. A serious breach can be acted on without notice.
  • An account closed for a breach is not refunded.
  • You can close your account any time: see Deleting an account in the Privacy notice.

12Changes to these terms

The new version is posted here with its date. A change that matters is emailed to members before it applies.

13Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions go through Support.
