Company insolvencies from 23 countries, in one shape
InsolvencyAPI holds court notices, register changes and official counts for company insolvencies across Europe, North America and South Korea: 3,159,211 cases, from 1921 in the oldest registers to this morning’s notices. Each country is read on its own timetable and given back in the same shape, with our own ids and our own field names. For a UK company the company check adds, on paid plans, whether its accounts and confirmation statement are overdue, and the balance-sheet figures from the accounts it filed online, with three warning signs: net liabilities, current liabilities above current assets, and net assets down on the year before.
Credit teams use it to check customers and suppliers, collections teams to catch claims deadlines, analysts to read where and how fast insolvencies are rising, and developers to build all of that into their own products. Everything is a plain REST call that answers JSON.
