Questions

How fresh is the answer?

As fresh as our last read of each country: within 15 minutes for the UK and the hour for France. Each country's timing is on the Status page.

What if two companies share a name?

Every match is returned with its country and register number, so you pick the right one.

Does a check count as one call?

A search is one call. POST /v1/companies/check takes up to 100 companies, each counting as one call.

Will the shape change?

No. Company check is in Beta, so its shape is settled.
